I recently picked up a few copies of the new National Geographic Road Trip book for kids in which a travel photograph of mine of the sunrise view from atop Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park is published. Bottom Right.

Antigua Wedding

While photographing in Antigua I came across a newlywed couple and I was able to get a few shots of them. Antigua is such a great place to get married!

Mattapan Massacre Verdict reaction

An emotional assignment to say the least! I was outside Suffolk Superior Court this afternoon as the verdict was read in the Mattapan Massacre Trial. Edward Washington was acquitted of all charges and the jury was also deadlocked on murder charges against Dwayne Moore. Reaction to the verdict quickly poured outside as family and friends of the victims came out. Tears fell as some fainted, sadness turned to anger. Threats were made towards the media for filming and photographing. I was threatened multiple times and another photographer required a police escort to her car after she received threats as well.
