I placed in 3rd in the Feature Picture Story Category in the Boston Press Photographers Associations annual Photographs of the Year Competition. Three-alarm fire

I rushed to the scene of a three-alarm fire in Swampscott last Thursday which happened to be the coldest day in about a entire year. Here are some pics. One firefighter was injured and a dog died in the blaze.
